2nd St Ives Sea Scout Group
We are a Sea Scout group based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire with the privilege of having an Island as our playground.
There are 3 sections associated with the group (Beavers Cubs & Scouts) as well as an associated Explorer Unit. Our programs are structured around traditional scouting with a summer program indulging in water based activities.
The diversity of our program on both land and water provides the opportunity for our members to experience a wide range of activities, giving them skills for life whilst working towards their Chief Scout Award Badges.
Each of our sections meet weekly (term time) on weekday evenings, with the fun continuing into weekend with Camps and events. Our members are not limited to just to the fun that we have in our group but participate in events through the country and abroad.
2nd St Ives is one of thirteen groups that make up Cromwell District Scouts, which is one of 8 District that form scouting Cambridgeshire Scouts.
